Once she saw that I had stopped drinking for the night, she switched to water. She walked me outside the bar into the cold again to say goodbye. She said her friends thought I was a cool guy. I said goodnight and gave her a much shorter kiss on the lips than last night. Might as well have been a peck on the cheek.
