What an amazing day. I went to bed when the sun was rising, but made it up by 10 AM. Such a full day. Recorded new music, talked to a potential buyer, beach, bike rode, dinner and drinks with friends.

J and I went on a bikeride, I taught her how to change gears on a hill. Old feelings, but I had them in check. I missed talking to her the most. It's rare to abruptly find someone you can talk to so easily. Granted, this friendship took 7 years and two break-ups to cultivate, but as of a week ago? That's pretty abrupt.
